Tapping Away Tension - Identify and release stress and tension from your body and mind. Practice relaxing! This class may also help you to relieve or reduce pain. Tuesday, July 6, 12:00 to 1:45pm and Wednesday, July 7, 7:00 to 8:45 pm.

Tap Away Food Cravings - Did you know that certain food cravings can help you to identify emotional issues that you may not be aware of? This class will help you to release those cravings and the emotional issues that are keeping you from experiencing

Letting go of Love and Relationship Pain - Old heartaches, unresolved relationships and grief can affect all of your relationships today. In this class we will release all that old love pain! Tuesday, July 20, 12:00 to 1:45pm and Wednesday, July 21, 7:00 to 8:45 pm.

Are Financial Fears Stopping your Money Flow? - When our focus is stuck on the fear of not having enough money that is exactly what we will attract. Let go of the fear and open yourself to receiving! Tuesday, July 27, 12:00 to 1:45pm and Wednesday, July 28, 7:00 to 8:45 pm.
